Staff are regularly nominated by parents for the Bournemouth Childcarer of the Year Awards.

Examples of these nominations include:

In the Nursery entrance hall we have an Appreciation Board for achievements, acknowledgements and parental comments. The building itself is cheerful and welcoming and the smaller touches such as the board with the children's birthdays on it and the newsletter which are provided show a real attention to detail. Also the organised events such as the summer outing and the Christmas party have really made us feel included in this part of our sons life.
